there is a reason they call it the hoods of Burnsville, this place is horrible. every month the rent changes, there is trash everywhere, they never fix anything, and they are so incompetent they can't even hang a notice on the door telling you when they are plowing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here it's 2 points short of a have way house
It’s a shit show I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE TO MOVE HERE I CAN’T WAIT TO THE LEASE IS OVER . Dirty nasty and it stinks so bad Don’t move here !! You’ll be upset paying over priced rent for TARSH. Nobody in the office knows what’s going on. It’s a joke.
Towed my car when I was only there for a couple of hours visiting a friend
Crappy car was broken into twice and hit a run once in parking lot and my liscene plate was stolen couldn't do anything about you would think if you pay for parking you could afford to put in cameras in a huge facility like this. All they did for renovation was paint the cabniates black and put in same basic fridge but just black! Pretty expensive for what you getting
It's a rip off here they want to charge you for every little thing . There money hunger they only care about there money and never care for there tenants !!!
