Been here for a few months had a flood from upstairs, they stomp all day and night, the have multiple people in the home like 5 ppl in a 3 bedroom and there’s only one child there. Parking near building 400 is ridiculous. Came home with a carload of groceries and had to carry them from another parking lot over. We have residents parking in visitor parking because there is no room for them. It's been like this for almost a year sense I've been here and never been fixed. Don't MOVE HERE
DONT THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE. Ppl don’t rent past the first year it’s a dump and maintenance don’t fix a thing. They fired the last maintenance guy cause he never did anything but sit around.
They will fix things right away went need too… you will be comfortable with them….
I don’t feel the apartments are up to code. 1st floors apartments flood, fuses blow, and it’s always a maintenance issue with no maintenance repairs. We don’t even have amenities for the high prices we pay.
