Dr. Russell is fabulous, patient and listens to every word. I’ve been to three of their locations and at each one the staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Overall client service is outstanding.

I have a few appointments at TWI and out of any medical visit I've ever had, TWI is the only place I have ever felt so welcomed as soon as I walk through the door, I am greeted with lovely smiles from the front reception. The nurses are on top of it as soon as I have been checked in. Also, they are very speedy, I know how I dread any doctors appointment. But I am always pleased with the service and staff at The Woodruff Institute.
I had my 1st dermaplaning facial with Kristi in the Naples South office. It was a great experience. Kristi's wonderful!!
I see Nicole for all of my cosmetic needs and she is amazing!! I recommend the Woodruff Institute to everyone. The staff is always kind and they always go above and beyond for all of their patients.
I am very pleased with the care and results I have received from Sarah, Debbie Wallace and Dr. Sonne. They take the time to explain exactly what is going on during the procedures they are performing and always checking to make sure that you are okay. Dr. Sonne even called me from outside the country the day after my procedure to check up on me. I would highly recommend The Woodruff Institute.
