Dentists are pleasant and professional, though the entire practice seems to be rushed about everything from treatment to presenting results. They talk fast and seem pushy. Long story short, Office staff over charges for procedures. I found this out when my insurance sent me a statement that I was overcharged by $200 to $300. When I confronted the office manager he advised that it was only a $75 over charge. However he shredded my documents from the insurance and my original signed receipts. I haven’t been to the dentist in years. I needed deep cleaning, they were very helpful and caring. Checking to make sure the deep cleaning wasn’t hurting me in any way. Very helpful explaining and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be back.
Oral surgeon scared my son prior to his procedure. We were charged for services we didn’t get and told the same day we would be refunded. It’s now over a month later still waiting for refund of $300. No one is helpful when I call. Been waiting for a manager to call me for 3 days now.....
