The community has managed to maintain its wooded ambiance from inception over 35+ years ago while developing more and more retail/commercial conveniences.
I grew up here in the 80’s-late 90’s and came back in early 2000 to raise my kids. It’s beautiful here and we have great schools. The population has exploded and the traffic has definitely been an issue for some, but depends on where in the woodlands you live. I’m a few miles from the town center so the traffic doesn’t affect me. I wouldn’t raise my kids anywhere else.
Love the Woodlands! We enjoy the water way and all the excellent eating places as well as kayaking on the lake!
