Cozy , lots of trees and a beautiful area.
The woodlands was bought by a corporation, they have gone down hill since then and I would no longer recommend this area. The standard of living has gone down but they continue to raise prices. Eventually this could cause heavy losses for the home buyers.
If you’re coming because you think there are trees and wildlife.... You’re cutting down to many trees and killing and running off the wildlife for so much unnecessary crap. All in the name of development. Develop a conscience and leave the woods in The Woodlands and the animals alone. The people who moved there way back when wanted that, and you’re running them off, along with the wildlife. Shame on you!!!!!
Don’t move here if you want to do any type of gardening. For some ungodly reason the HOAs around here have decided that we must have tall trees in our yards that block out any sun.

I have owned a dance studio in the are for 24 years and just love the community!
Everything is organize, beautiful community and it’s food.
