I would like to say that I’m so pleased with the 2 ladies upfront. Mary and Arletha are on top of all my needs and are so friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. I feel that they care about the tenants. That’s my opinion. This is my home and Mary and Arletha make it feel like home!
Staff are completely unresponsive to all forms of communication ( email, phone calls, voice mail, and service requests through the online portal). It is difficult to catch staff in the office during operating hours. I have communicated serious concerns with my apartment unit since the first business day after I moved in, yet nothing has been addressed. I would NOT recommend the Woodlands apartment to anyone. My name is Kimberly Scott and I have lived at The Woodlands apartments for almost 5 years now. The new staff we now have has been the best improvement in all those years! Nikki Smith, the new manager has been so accomodating and helpful. Every problem or concern I have had she has attended to with complete confidence and professionalism. Other residents that I have spoken with are saying the same thing. If you want the proble fixed- "go talk to Nikki and she'll get it done!"
