Jason that works in the administration office was very helpful.
Im a current resident at the woodlands apartments, I just renewed my lease. The renewal process was fast and super easy. I absolutely love apartment, great location Denise and Tamika are lovely and super helpful.
I’ve had more problems with these apartments than I have anywhere else I’ve lived. They ask a lot from the residents, try to break parking contracts, they’ve left my door unlocked for hours after they did an inspection, and they shut the water off once a week. The ONLY reason I stay is because of the location and price, and it’s way too expensive still.
I just want to give a big thank you to Tamika, the apartment manager! She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist truly made a difference. It’s refreshing to have a manager who genuinely cares about the residents and works to create a positive living experience. Highly recommend this complex, especially with Tamika at the helm!
