The Woodlands apartments were purchased by a new company in April and since then the quality of service has hit rock bottom. They are unable to keep help both in the office and on the maintenance staff. The apartments are not being maintained or serviced properly, even in the case of fires or floods. There is not an emergency line of contact in place that actually works.
