I called to get some information about the apartments and spoke with Diana. She was super sweet and helpful! She answered all of my questions and made everything really easy to understand. I really appreciated how friendly and patient she was!
The maintenance guy Danny’s turnaround time for getting to service requests and getting it done is great. Previous maintenance guys would take weeks to get around to a maintenance issue. This was very frustrating and made me and my wife almost leave the place. However Danny has gotten to mine within the same day many times.
Chris the maintenance guy was great, professional, and courteous
I had a great experience with Chris! He came out and fixed my ceiling fan and sink, and I was very impressed with how quickly he got everything taken care of. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the fast and quality service. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone who needs repairs done. Great job!
