The new owners are making wonderful changes the apartments have needed for a long time. I’ve lived here around four years and finally seeing improvements! By talking with Nikki, we over came an issue together and I truly enjoyed talking with her. I know I’m not easy to deal with sometimes, and Nikki just gets me. You can tell she really cares about her residents!
This property has an amazing staff! Nikki and Mary are doing an incredible job since Portico started managing the property.
Nikki and everyone in the office are amazing. Maintenance staff sweet and courteous! Love this place!
Moved from Chattanooga TN to Tyler TX. I completed my part as soon as it was required. A few days before the start of the lease they tell me and pressure me to sign for another apartment. I oblige after a day. That was my first mistake because I was already moving and everything has been so tedious with this complex, I've lived in apartments on and off since Athens, GA, and this is by far the worst one (move-in wise) complete honesty. All the staff here are so kind and professional! The ladies in the leasing office are so nice and accommodating and the maintenance guys are always friendly and checking in on me.
