I am very much so over living here. At this point I’ve been accosted by a meth head late at night, had to have people towed from my carport multiple times, and had my apartment smell like marijuana and cigarette smoke. When I first moved in it was a headache because the original unit they tried to move me in to had an active leak from the kitchen ceiling. My name is Kimberly Scott and I have lived at The Woodlands apartments for almost 5 years now. The new staff we now have has been the best improvement in all those years! The new maintenance guy Daniel is awesome. The new manager Kelly seems genuinely interested in making the apartments a better place to live. Unfortunately there are too many things going on here that are not good. The parking situation is very confusing. There is a $20.00 charge every month and you don't have an assigned spot to park in despite the charge. ... read more
I have really enjoyed living at The Woodlands! Kelly, Diana and Chanel are an exceptional management team. They are incredibly courteous and professional. The maintenance team is quick to respond and also very courteous. Thank you for providing a great environment in which to live!
I love living at The Woodlands!! The office staff have been very helpful and professional. The maintenance staff are very quick when you need something looked at. I am glad I chose The Woodlands for my home.
