What a great find today! We were looking for something local and found this on Yelp. Excellent service, generous portions and great food! The mushroom soup was amazing!
Didn't care for the mushroom soup. Coffee was delicious & sandwich fabulous! Our lunch today was $49.75. 1 cup of soup (they would not refund the $5 for siup), 2 sandwiches & 2 cups of coffee. We will not return.

The Spoon has always been a favorite of our family. From having some tapas on the patio to a scrumptious Croque Madam at lunch to the superb dinner we enjoyed tonight, the Wooden Spoon is definitely the spot to go for an amazing meal. Jalapeño Hush Puppies and Nashville Hot Chicken Bao appetizers were so unique and flavorful. The shrimp and Grits was delicious! Our server Lisa was outstanding - what a great experience.
This is “our place”. My favorite restaurant. Love the changing menu and the focus on local. Looking forward to seeing what they source locally next. I also really appreciate that they do a sustainable fish option. The Chef has an excellent attention to detail. The presentation is always beautiful as witnessed by my instagram account.
