We have a new construction home in Park City that has Woodman floors. These are not "engineered" floors, but true hardwood, finished beautifully. When an issue came up that we needed more flooring to finish the job, Karen was very sympathetic and responsive. She made the small amount of flooring in 2 weeks, which, in this day and age, is unheard of. Karen answers the phone and responds, and was a pleasure to work with. Quality, price, responsiveness all deserve an A.
We reached out to Wood Man Floors 6 weeks ago to explore installing hardwood floors in our home. Karen initially was very friendly and helpful but as we asked further questions about the process and inquired about specifics she became incredibly annoyed and unresponsive. The installer she recommended is a nice guy but was hit or miss in responding. He took 4 weeks to get back to us on our first inquiry.
