The office manager Julie ruined this experience for my wife. She is rude, condescending, and doesn't communicate well at all. She informed my wife they were referring my wife to a different OBGYN due to my wife being "high risk" which she isn't. I shared my concerns with Julie in regards to better communication and she literally turned her back on me and walked away. I have been seeing Midwife Lindsay Leider since 2021, starting when I went in to have my IUD removed. From that very first visit, I was struck by how caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate she is. When I found out I was pregnant in 2023, there was no question in my mind that I wanted Lindsay by my side for my pregnancy and delivery—and I am so incredibly grateful I did. Lindsay is a great midwife. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental.
Very displeased with this place, called them and tried to schedule an appointment once I found out I was pregnant, told them I was high risk, had multiple past miscarriages and needed to see a Dr. asap and I asked about the pricing on the maternity package they charge as one lump sum. The office person said someone would call me back with more info and to schedule an appointment. I never got a return call or email from anyone! I would love to give Lindsey and Jessica 5 stars on this review for their great personalities, professionalism and knowledge. However their office manger who handles billing was extremely rude and insensitive. After a couple of phone calls with her it was obvious that her behavior was just rude and she said things that didn’t make any sense.
