Everything was Great between the Staff, Doctors & Facility!
Everyone was very nice,friendly and professional.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first time mom. The nurses all went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. Dr. Howell my doctor also did the same and was wonderful my whole pregnancy. Would recommend this hospital to any new or moms I know.
I went to Deaconess yesterday to Boot Camp to prepare for my total knee replacement in September. Every person that I came in contact with during this process showed professionalism and kindness to me and all the others who were there. The employees go above and beyond.
I never spoke with a doctor just a NP. ONE NURSE made me feel like I was there only to get drugs. I had to ask for a pillow and blanket, which the xray tech got for me. This has been the worse I've ever been treated here. Unfortunately for me I think it was close to the worst pain I've ever been in too.they insist I set up a follow up with a nurse practitioner, not a doctor, and a special doctor, no referral. My wife had same day back surgery and I cant even begin to thank the hospital staff and Dr. Goebel enough for the excellent care she received. They are a top notch facility I would highly recommend to anyone.
Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my son there last night. The NP was not personable and had no bedside manner. My son had fat & muscle protruding out of his skin from a bicycle accident. The NP did not draw meds up in room, did not scan bracelet prior to administration. Was in extreme pain beginning at arrival to ER. She injected lidocaine 15 times with no ease or compassion to her. He remained in pain 20 minutes after and no one including the nursing staff or herself knew how quick the pain would subside. Not 1 person... read more
