OMG - It's 6 hour later and my Ovaries are alive. So, I must admit I was skeptical about the physical benefits of Womb Steaming. I thought it would be more of a Mental and Emotional Detox. Baby, Yes, Yes! The mental and emotional breakthroughs were more than freeing than I Imagined. My Pathway to my healing now has a roadmap. What really has me is the Physical awakening of my Ovaries. I'm feeling like my Life Force has been awakened. I feel open, energetic and creative. I will definitely have to do this again.
