The office staff here is completely incompetent. I have been lied to on multiple occasions concerning a procedure that was performed on my daughter more than a year ago. My daughter has also been lied to. Today we finally get the truth and they try to blame their mistake on us in their response to our problem. It is quite obvious that the left-hand doesn't know what the right-hand is doing! I have responded to their reply and expect a phone call in the morning, 7-10-2019. I’ll let you know how the phone call goes.
I’m so happy with this office. All of the staff was attentive and friendly and didn’t keep me waiting. They understand my time is valuable too. During the meeting I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Wonderful experience and glad to be a client of theirs. �
