I applied to live at Wolff Court when I was in Chicago. But because I was working, I couldn't come in for physical tour. So they sent me a video of the apartment and I processed the documents and made my first month rent and security deposit. 2 days to my move-in day, they sent me my door codes and instructions on how to operate everything and where they kept my mailbox key. I lived here for 1 year and I could not leave fast enough. I even looked into breaking my lease multiple times. I was never shown my actual unit before move in despite being called “annoying” by the agent because I was “reaching out too much” and I ended up with a unit basically inside the fishtown rec.
