I was afraid to try this place after reading the other reviews, but 2 of my coworkers said they tried Wok and liked it, so we ordered 4 lunches. It took them an hour and a half to deliver our food, so our lunch break was almost over when it arrived. The food tasted like every-day average cheap Chinese food. Not super great, but not bad. I would have been happier with Panda Express, but lucky for "Wok," Panda Express doesn't deliver. The food is low quality, dumplings tasted like nothing, the wonton soup tasted like nothing, and the triple crown was all vegetables with very little meat and did not taste like typical chinese food, infact none of it tasted like chinese food which is very strange to me.
Hair, Critters, and Unidentifiable Objects in Food – This place is in the neighborhood and I?ve actually been there a few times?never very happy, but okay for a quick craving. Today, I ordered and there was an unidentifiable stringy object in the entree PLUS a side of hair! Thought I could salvage my meal by at least enjoying the fortune cookie, but when I pulled it out, with it came a little critter! I will NEVER eat here again.
just plain aweful – The guy took my order wrong when i had made it very clear and we even discussed what came in it. Then it took over 1hr30min to 2 hr to get here and then it was the wrong thing. I called back to try to get it fixed and the person was rude and said that he had repeated it back to me so it was my fault and he was going to do nothing. Needless to say I will never be going back there!
