Winthrop Staff is great we got it looking a lot like Christmas. The Winthrop Staff Coordinator has also put together a food bank every 2 weeks . I’ve been here 4 yrs + any low income place has challenges however we tend to over look the blessings we have here . Affordable rent , utilities included in rent ,hot shower when we want , laundry room to have clean clothes , a place over our heads and out of the elements. I've been here almost 3 years . We are on the 4th manager and she knows what the previous management left her so she's going to clean it up as soon as she hires people that want to work and not lazy people . I'm. Finally getting out of here to a 1 bedroom apartment close by . I'm on a waiting list which states 62 and older comes first (that's a no brainer)! It is Hud subsidized housing for low income. 200 apartments studio and 1 berms newly renovated with new cabinets, appliances. Has laundryroom,exercise room, activity room and computer room. has security and is key card entry Non smoking, no parking for tenants
I have a friend there and I'm trying my best to get into a place there they are nice apts and the view is great my girlfriend lives there and her apt is nice I would give any thing that live there the people are very nice and it's a lovely place it over looks the city of Tacoma and it's a security bldg it's a great place //I will be chatting with somebody today to get in there *
Needs..if I don't get my one bedroom real fast I'm going to call the top top top boss and tell them I'm being passed up because of former management loss or stoled paper work.Then I'm going to fair housing or lawyer.moving people in before me is disrespectful.If I have to I'll will find a better apartment complex.Im almost 64 and currently have health problems I have one window which Needs to be fix.
