RecommendedI have lived here for 4 yrs and I love it atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. There are children here but you don't hear or rarely see that they are in the complex.
about to view this property as a prospect for a new place to live ..anyone that can offer suggestions or can tell me the pros and cons of this complex . im 55 and a widow so I will be alone . is it convient to shopping and Drs and hospitals
My boyfriend and I have lived at the Windwater apartments for almost 2 years now. Customer attention is great. Pool is always nice and clean. I am not leaving these apartments until i get my own house.
A good place to call home. Very quiet safe neighborhood and property kept clean. Maintenance is always quick to respond when needed. Office staff are super friendly and always go the extra mile. Recent up keep has been done to the property and on going. I have almost been here 2 years but have signed on for another 12 months.

I enjoy living here. The office coordinator are excellent. The maintenance workers fulfill all my expectations. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a quiet, clean apartment complex to live here
I was not always a Happy Tenant, but over the past year there have been a lot of positive changes! I have to say I'm pleased with the overall experience of calling The Windwater home. Clean, quiet place to call home! Great gym, plenty of shaded parking, and have never had an issue with poor water pressure (as I've had elsewhere) or bugs. Nice to squirrels, geese and other birds on the grass and in the trees.
