The Windsor has a beautiful ballroom venue BUT if you are getting married in a summer month... beware. The AC never got below 78 degrees during the ceremony and reception. People left early because you don’t plan to sweat at a wedding unless you are dancing all night! The staff was great to respond but the problem was never fixed. The staff was very accommodating and kind but the corporate office refused to compensate for our uncomfortable evening. They say the air conditioning works fine but apparently they haven’t stepped ... read more
