The replacement of the shade went very well, Rob completed job efficiently. Only problem was I reported broken shade per phone to Bobbie on July 24th, had sent an email days later, with no response. I had real privacy issues for 12 days, unable to pull shades together. On April 5th, I sent email to Lori, she had been on vacation. I got reply same morning, shade replaced that afternoon. Yeah...
