Handi was so polite, nice and efficient! Very careful of our things so not to disturb. He was in and out in less than an hour and was very specific with how to work the remote. I am very pleased with his service!! Love these blinds!!!

Bought a solar powered window shade 7/24. I put the blind down until winter, raised the shade up for the winter months, put it back down in the spring and now it’s inoperable. I have tried unsuccessfully to charge it. Would love it if someone could call me to see if we can figure out the problem over the phone rather pay $150 service call to repair a shade that has only been raised lowered less than 4 times.
We had our blinds and shutters installed by Handy. He did wonderful job for us. Highly recommend him!
I have motorized zebra shades in my house from Window Valet and have been very happy with the service provided. Their service technician/installer, his name is Handy, has been to my house multiple times and is always fantastic. He’s always on time and friendly but more importantly he makes sure I understand how to use the equipment and everything is functioning well.
