I went under contract with this place to buy windows. After waiting more than 60 days with no communication, we went to someone else. We ended up paying $1500 for the window store doing absolutely nothing.

Have been waiting for windows to be replaced since the August hail storm, two orders have been totally screwed up BY THE WINDOW STORE & the windows are still not the quality or even the same as what was installed by myself & my deceased hubby ... this IS NOT OVER 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Vicki has NOT been amazing to work with ~ I tried to hand her the specs on the previous windows 3x and she would not take them. She admitted the windows were not the same quality the first time, but ordered garbage again the 2nd time.
There was some confusion and a bit of a delay but I chalk that up to the craziness with the recent storms. They came out yesterday and spent all day here installing 6 new windows and they look great. The sales people were great, the installers were great and the installation looks perfect. Will definitely be calling them for new windows for the rest of the house and quite possibly a patio door. Highly recommend.
We set up a time in Pueblo and they were here on schedule . Nick and the other guy (i didn't get his name) came in and got the job done, they were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. He gave me important instructions that i didn't even think to ask. I decided i'm going to have them cut me a new window and reframe and install a new back door.
These people are great! I highly recommend Mike and his team.
This has been a very bad experience. The windows that Mike sold me were wrong for the application. I had to pay to get them replaced. Both Mike and his secretary Cathy lied to me about the windows. When they came to replace them, a different installer came who did not seal the windows properly or clean up. I am fed up. There are other window companies, I would suggest that you use someone else.
The did a great job replacing all the windows in my house!
