We contracted the Window Source to replace the roof on our 3200sq house. I usually don’t write reviews but I thought for their unbeatable price and excellent quality of service, they do deserve my time and review. The installation took a little over 2 days. The quality was superb, professional, and on time. I was also surprised when I saw the owner in my back yard checking the finished job and collecting minor scraps that I couldn’t even find. Great job, great follow-up, you cant go wrong with this company! An A+++ service
We had 14 windows and a patio door installed. The installation crew was very professional and accommodating and completed the project as promised. A few minor adjustments were required and were addressed in a few days as promised. There was a slight manufacturing quality issue in one of the windows which I could have lived with, but Mark O'Neil insisted that it needed to be replaced and it was. Absolutely everything from the no-pressure sales presentation to the prompt installation was perfect. Window Source offered a quality product at a very affordable price. Even with the price being so reasonable, it included a warranty. The owner was extremely responsive to my questions and I appreciate the fact he kept me well informed as to the status of my order. I would recommend this company and definitely use them for future projects.
I had a great experience with this company. The sales representative was very informative and helpful, answering any questions and concerns I had. The installers were professional and timely. They kept me informed during the installation and did a great clean up job. The representative followed up after the install to make sure I was happy with the work done.
