First off the sales pitch was good, so we signed up for three large windows, price was good too compared to others. Now I know why. Installing the windows took several months in total. Several months to order, then scheduling became a nightmare. First one, then the second, then finally the third day to schedule. Earlier this year we requested Window Source's help with replacing a downspout. Because of their work water is no longer seeping through the foundation into the basement! A few months ago we asked Som for help in replacing some single pane windows in the front of the house. He came out and was very helpful in deciding what was needed. We ended up getting all of the remaining windows replaced with triple pane and at a reasonable cost. Both he and Troy have been wonderful in any followup that we needed. We signed our contract with Sam D on April 16th. He made a very impressive demonstration as to how the windows should work. The initial price was very high, then after all the discounts, etc, they came to a reasonable price. We agreed to his terms, however to guarantee the price, we had to pay 1/2 down and the balance at installation. As it was, I did not have an extra $3400 in checking. Sam ****was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and not pushy. The windows have been installed correctly and look very nice. Very pleased and recommend Sam to a friend who was impress and made an order with him. I highly recommend Sam ******business and give him 5 stars.
Contract was signed on May 1st to have windows put in. In the contract it states that window install should be started within 60 days. By day 100 we haven't heard if the windows have even been manufactured. We have called numerous times with no calls back. When we finally did get a hold of the company they said our windows would be there by July 22nd. On August 12th we went to the company in person since they weren't answering their phone. I had a metal roof put on my house. I have had two roofs put on in the past and this time I wanted one that would last. I talked to Mark O****** General Manager at The Window Source in Hales Corners, and he showed me the advantages of a metal roof. After I signed the paperwork, Mikki, the production manager, walked me through what would happen and when. It has been almost a year since we got our windows. I can safely say that they did a great job and the price was awesome. We had all of the windows in our house replaced (full frame replacement) and we are super satisfied. I would highly recommend them!

Great personable service from a great start-up enthusiastic crew. Prices were affordable. They remained highly professional despite some scheduling hiccups that were resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. The windows look great and I would call them again for any future window needs!
I purchased 9 double hung windows from the Window Source. From the no pressure sale to the timely and professional install and clean up my experience was great. The installer did a superb job. The owner was prompt and responsive to my concerns which I greatly appreciated. After the install the owner followed up to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction.
