Unprofessional and zero service. Appointment for 9:20 which was made 1 year ago. Arrived at 9:30 due to accident and construction on Ethan Allen Highway--almost 1hour to get there. Was told I had to reschedule!!!! All forms had been completed and sent in prior to visit.
Lovely massage, perfect experience. I will be back!
