Very disappointed in the Westminster CO location. This company took over for property management. Disappointment is all I can express here. The maintenance crew was amazing, before they took over. There is a maintenance crew member that is lazy, doesn't work, sleeps on his golf cart for hours. There are mice and cockroaches in the apartment complex. Absolutely a nightmare, terrible management, beware and be ready to get mistreat if you decide to lease with them. My boyfriend recently signed a lease with 8th and grand and we are extremely disappointed with the level of service and management provided. I love my apartment, but the management is the worst. THE WORST. Be prepared. Not worth the price. My washer and dryer... damaged for 4 months and still no response. They supposedly clean the outside of the beautiful windows once a year, while the peacocks constantly poop and crash into them... which is Nature
Apartment living experience was poor. First maintenance took months to get back to us in fixing our WATER LEAKS from the ceiling. The apartment has a constant dirty grimy feeling no matter how much we clean or mop the floors. The parking is awful here, especially on the second floor garage, it's reserved but you pay an additional cost which is pricey and the spots hardly have any wiggle room and you can only park a certain way. This apartment community is the worst. Management censors free speech by removing any negative social media post they have control over. They require you to provide all of your vehicle information and tow your car regardless. I've now had my car towed twice out of my own reserved spot and my car has been damaged both times. Security is a joke. Packages get stolen all the time. A woman was mugged in the garage a few weeks back. Cars are being broken into.
