The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The entire staff is accommodating and kind. I've enjoyed every service I've had done here.
My Grand-daughter scheduled a spray tan for prom and when she got there they said sorry the spray tanner went home! Can't reschedule you for a WEEK! Prom is this Friday! Seriously? Never will any of us go back there for any service!

Horrible experience through the door. My husband scheduled a prenatal massage for me and when I arrived not one staff member spoke or greeted me at all. I stood in the lobby near the counter assuming they were busy and someone would acknowledge me at some point but nothing. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend any place like this to anyone. I was shocked since this place calls itself a "Spa" after standing there for nearly 3 minutes feeling invisible, I quietly walked out and will not ever even think to go back.
