The Willows apartment is a very good place to live. The managment concern is very impressive.
Lived here 3 years and moving out soon, the mice/cockroaches are everywhere regardless of how clean you keep the apartment. Also the emergency line is an absolute joke. My air conditioner broke the summer of 2023 and it took almost a week to get someone to fix it, now it’s 2025 June and it’s gone out again. I’ve tried calling the emergency line and god bless those poor dispatchers, they are great but there is no urgency in the mechanics it’s been 5 hours since I’ve first called and 90 degrees in the apartment. I lived here for 2 years and in the past I lived here for 6 years. First off lets start with if you live in the front apartments they treat them different than in the back apartments. My first time living here I lived in the front never had issues nothing. I moved back to the willows because my mom lived there ( in the back ) and i needed to be closer to her. That is when my worst nightmares came. Anyone that is saying this is a nice place lied again unless they are in the front apartments they keep them clean and up to date... read more
