We had a birthday party at the Willows for my sister. The staff was very helpful &some of Mary's friends came in to celebrate with us. Mary told me she really likes living there.....good food, ..great staff & fun outings...
My family and I want to thank the staff for taking such good care of my mom Maxine Morgan. You all treated her like part of your family making her stay as comfortable as possible. Mom is glad to be home now but I know she will miss you all and the friends that she made.
What an amazing staff! My grandmother was there for a short rehab stay and with the amazing loving support of the staff she is better then before! I can't thank them enough for all they have done! A special shout out to Audrey Oleski (OT) and Breanne Oleski for making her feel like she had family away from home!
I visit there often and always find it to be a friendly organized cheery happy place for the residents & visitors
I couldn't believe the care n concern I received there. STAY AWAY FROM WELLS BRIDGES, SO MEAN N UNCARING. I had to CRAWL down the hallway to get attended to. Ty Willows for caring so much...I still feel I was discharged prematurely...Im a mess...
You can tell it's a great place for your loved one when the workers are happy. Happy employees translate to well cared for residents. I can't say enough positive things about this facility or the staff. They truly care for the residents and their families.
I would like to Thank You for taking Great Care of my Grandpa Scott Easson. I know he was grumpy, but funny, Lol. I would recommend anyone to the Willows. Your staff is awesome, caring, and sweet. I appreciate the way the staff sent him off. Thank You!!
