I am writing a review as a current applicant and NOT a tenant. I am originally from NJ but moved about 4/5 years ago to GA. I found this place and I got excited because it was the first affordable community I found and it ADVERTISED VACANCIES. I am very disappointed I submitted an application with personal information and have not received so much as a receipt phone call, email, or letter. Proof of income was not requested. I don't live here but my reason for giving a 4 star review is because of how response the manager was with me the past few days and she seems like a great person. Me and my wife really wanted to live here but things just didn't line up. We were in a situation where we really wanted to move out of our apartment and this was one of the only places we could afford to live. But God answered our prayers and we were able to buy a house.
