We have lived here for 6 years and absolutely LOVE it! The management is excellent and very prompt to fix anything! The landscape is beautiful and well kept, not to mention well lit at night. The property is very quiet too which is great for young families or graduate students. My little ones always love and look forward to the fun events that the management puts on throughout the year. Highly recommend this place!
I LOVE the Willows Apartments. The landscapers do an excellent job making the outside look serene and inviting. The apartments have a homey, welcoming look to them with large, spacious patios and balconies. AND, the insides of the apartments have the most spacious, open-concept design with lots of natural window light coming through. Its as if you are entering into a house. I lived in 5 different apartment complexes during my time as an undergrad and this was by far my favorite experience. The grounds are always well kept and the staff consistently exceed expectations in every way. Love the quiet natural setting and convenient location near shopping and freeways. Spacious floor plans and prompt maintenence services. A 10 min bus ride to campus. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place in davis.
