I am so happy that Kim took over the apartment complex every problem we had it was fixed and in a timely manner. They are so polite, willing to help and I love that about them.
I lived in the willows for 2 years and my time there was very smooth. I enjoyed the location and the apartments are nice and spacious and newly renovated. The management is so helpful as well!
Hello walk in closet!! The updates to the apartments is awesome, new flooring, and I love the charm of the fireplace in the unit. We appreciate how communicative and organized Kim and the management team is, and are super happy with them taking over this complex. The location is great and close to UA and the interstate.
I remember this property before the new owners took over and what a change! Amber is friendly and is easy to work with. This is actually a nice place now.
