The waiters and staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the food was great.
Wonderful atmosphere, great food. Styrofoam soup containers for all soup options and plastic cups for butter etc brought my review down. Greener options and it’d be a 5 Star.
Service was excellent - from the front desk to our service rep. Great variety of food especially liked the oxtail soup and stir-fry veggies. For desset, loved the bread pudding and ice cream. Would recommend to anyone.
We really enjoyed our meal. Some of the food could have been warmer but it was delicious! Excellent choices for all.
Our new cousin Shorts highly recommended the willows for best Hawaiian food in Waikiki! Even though we walked in 5 minutes past closing, they accommodated us! Ginger was a terrific server and explained the food choices to us! Food was delicious as were the cocktails! Ambiance is a restaurant in a tropical garden with a waterfall . We loved it!
Went there for lunch, n wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh, n the waiters made sure to keep the food pans full. The prime rib was tender...Albert went back for+6 helpings! I loved the curry chicken n the Hawaiian - style beef stew was full of the most tender beef! Fish dishes were unique n tasty. And, of course, the desserts were scrumptious. ..esp. the butter mochi.

I’m not a big fan of buffets, the temptation to eat too much is great. But The Willows, being an institution on the island, is worth returning again to practice the fine art of moderation in all things! I enjoyed the poke that was set out, the sashimi, the laulau, and the best taste of the evening, in my opinion, the clam chowder! The staff were all attentive and welcoming! I shall return.
