Heidi Williams is the best realtor I've ever worked with, by far. She took time to show us several properties on short notice, negotiated on our behalf saving us thousands on the final price, and was extremely responsive to any issues that arose. I would give her six stars if I could.

I’ve been in the real estate business for over twenty years and Heidi provided me with the smoothest, least stressful, and most effective listing, marketing, sale, and escrow I have ever experienced. Her people skills are second to none. She is a problem-solver, not a problem-creator. Heidi Williams and her team were highly professional and able to accomplish the sale of two of our properties in a timely manner. Heidi provided honest and realistic guidance and direction for us throughout this process. She made us aware of some of the contractual challenges from our previous closing documents and items we should have better negotiated that our previous agent did not help us with. These two are amazing. They have represented me both on the buy and sell side, currently working with them to build a small portfolio. Hard working and no nonsense these two. And fun to have a cocktail with after the deals done, what the hell. Highly recommend.
