Do not do business with this company. We rented a house and left it in better condition than when we moved in, never late on rent, and kept it well maintained. We were offered 14% of our security deposit back with no explanation after inquiring about “charges.” We would have been better off to be terrible tenants. Please do yourself a favor and seek business elsewhere.
I recently went for a viewing of a rental property with a Wilkey Team agent, Lisa, who was less than unprofessional. Lisa was actually covering for a Tammy Inge, another agent, after Mrs. Inge was unresponsive to multiple email contacts. My wife and I actually loved the property, but were deterred from how unpleasant the interaction was with the agent.
