Known the CEO all my life. What not to like about him.
Cannot recommend renting from this company. I’ve rented a unit at one of their properties on Argonne Ave for 6 years, and will not be renewing my lease. I was contacted on May 19, 2023 by the property manager that maintenance would be entering my unit to complete repairs that night. They said a hole had been knocked in my ceiling while performing maintenance in the unit above mine, and their crew needed to repair the hole. The repairs were not completed until June 7, 2023.
