All of the staff are very nice but they can't help a failed hot water system. If you like cold showers, come here. They should shut this place down until they get it fixed in January. Instead they will happily charge guests when they can't provide a basic service. It doesn't matter whether you are in a suite or basic room, the water is like warm at best.

We stayed because we were attending a wedding at the hotel. The front desk people were very friendly . The room we stayed in was okay . It was clean but the bed was too soft and the pillow situation was absolutely awful. The pillows on the bed were small not like a normal size pillow and I don't know if it was the pillow or AC unit but my guest and I kept coughing once we laid down. Pictures overstate the reality of the current state of the bulding. Room smelled musty and wet and was dark. There were not USB ports in the room. A lot of noise, construction. But location and staff were nice.
