I am so happy we chose David and Amanda. I live out of town and did not have the time or energy to bring this house up to the level it needed to be to put it on the market. I told them I needed to sell it fast and without doing anything. That was on a Saturday. On the following Wednesday I accepted an offer and closed 9 days later! They did what I asked and did it so well. I would go back to them again to buy or sell a house. They are good people doing a good job.

Amanda and her husband, David, were so great to work with in the sale of my home. She kept me updated on each step of the process and always responded timely to any questions I had. She got the job done! I would recommend The Wilder Group to anyone!

We had a great experience with David and Amanda. They were super easy to work with, always responsive, and made the whole process way less stressful than we expected. They answered all our questions, kept us in the loop, and really looked out for us every step of the way. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

David and Amanda were professionals, loving, humble and hard-working. They navigated complex and uncharted waters, all with grace and determination. Thankful for the chance to have collaborated with these humans.
