I placed an order three days in advance, but no flowers were ever delivered. When I called to check, the person that answered immediately said “I’m at an event and I can’t look it up, but your credit card wasn’t charged”. That stuck me as odd since she hadn’t even checked my order yet. She then acknowledged my order and claimed her retired delivery couple must have taken it to the wrong address. Top notch fresh flowers,pictures taken for sender with delivery confirmation, very nice service, friendly staff. Overall great experience would recommend to family and friends.

I would caution against using The Wild Orchid florist. I ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered. When I called, the woman who answered told me that they were having problems with their credit card processor and could I send the payment via Venmo. She then texted me their Venmo information. I first sent $1 and she right away acknowledged she received it. I then sent the balance of $149. She texted that she received the balance.
