Horrible The complex DOES NOT DO REPAIRS. My apartment has been flooded due to a faulty air conditioner for over 2 months. I am forced to keep the ac at 80 degrees at all times and it still floods. Management is aware and does not care.
Run The worst place I ever leased from not knowing much because I'm not from here. If there's an issue good luck getting it fixed. Bugs and cats everywhere dog poop is in my front grass every morning I walk out. Not to mention nobody can give answers for my car being damaged from the front gate. From what I know it's illegal to damage someone's property and say I have to fix it. They will be nice until you sign a lease after that just obligated to pay rent and nothing gets fixed. Terrible Place One resident was recently shot to death. The washers and dryers do not work properly. There is a cockroach infestation. There are stray cats. The office rarely answers the phone. I would not rent from here.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The office is under great new management, working our way to improve our community. If you have and pest issues our pest control comes every Tuesday. Simply just call our new phones or stop by our office to be on the list. We understand that the washers and dryers may be out of service due to the daily usage, but feel free to let the office so we can resolve the problem.
Former Resident The company who manages this property is very unethical and unprofessional. The property is infested with bed bugs and roaches. They do nothing to remedy the problem. Staff in office is rude, unprofessional liars. They do not inform of issues prior to signing a lease. Do not bother renting a apartment here. Deplorable antics!

Apartments Decent, Location Awesome! These apartments were previously known as Meadowridge and are now The Wilcox. They've definitely come a long way since being remodeled. PROS: - The grounds/general appearance are kept up nicely - Hardwood floors and upgraded appliances available - Location is the best! Great Apartment New manager great changes positive environment! I love the new changes I believe the rent is a little too pricey however It is a great place to live and the communication with the office has gotten awhole better
Wilcox Ive been a resident for the past three years and the managmemt has really shappped this place up.
Our Happy Little Home In moving to Houston, I searched around for a new place to call home. Came across The Wilcox Apartment Homes and decided to take a look. The grounds are kept clean when compared to surrounding complexes in the same price range. The office staff is friendly they answered all my questions prior to signing a lease in detail.
