I used to very much appreciate taking my animals here. I loved the holistic approach and care they would receive. The last few times have been, unacceptable. Disappointed with staff and their professionalism. Their complete lack of empathy and acknowledgement of faults. After the way I was treated the last time, I hope they seriously think about changing their office management.
