RecommendedI have a long hair cat named Poppy, sometimes her bum can get messy. Sara at the Redmond location did such a great job, Poppy likes it so much she keeps showing her bikini hair cut off! 😱😂🐱❤️
Our old lady has been having some cleanliness issues in the litterbox so I brought her to the Redmond location for a Sanicut. The groomer did an amazing job making her 'area' more hygenic and attractive (no ugly hack jobs here). Plus I cannot believe how much easier it is to keep her clean. She also did not seem traumatized by the experience. Thank you!!

The owner and staff are exceptional in regards to their knowledge/kindness and caring. Everything you want/need regarding your cat is right there (grooming/boarding/nutrition/behavior advice/food and other products/Cat Cafe' with available cats for adoption:)

Took in my newly adopted 9 year old cat named Holly for a cut and bath and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was warm, friendly and experienced. Holly came out looking beyond adorable and not traumatized! I have one happy cat!

Awesome place... the staff is super friendly and helpful, and I love that they support pet adoptions through Cafe Cocoa. We also attended Nancy's "No Bad Cats" class which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed.
Talk about purrfect service! When I heard about $5 walk-in nail trims I had to check this place out. After Raven told me the whole way there she didn't want to go without her sister Banana, she was greeted outside the car door for the easiest nail trim of her life. When we were all finished she was kindly escorted to the car. If you want someone else to love on your cat more than you do, then bring them here for some pampering. Absolutely the best place to bring your kitty! :-D We bring our little Nora here at least once a month to get her nails trimmed, stock up on treats and say hello to the amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and they genuinely care about each kitty that comes in. They have a wealth of knowledge and are so great at recommending products or giving tips for cat care.
