Yes, they are EXCELLENT!! Mike and I have been going there since they were located in Kirkland by PCC. We LOVE NANCY and her staff. She is a wonderful lady, who dearly loves and cares for kitties. Nancy has great food. It is a wonderful place to board - WOW. We LOVE her and what she does. Cannot say enough about her. She deserves one million stars.
Best place to play with cats all day. Great staff, great cats, this place is just cat-tastic in every sense of the word.
I brought my cat in to get washed and dematted - I was recommended to bring him back and have him shaved because his matts had gotten bad, when I brought him back I asked them not to shave close to the skin because he's old and had cuts from the last time they had shaved him. They disregarded that and shaved close to the skin and cut a huge gash in his front leg. I still got charged twice for him to basically get cut and now I have to take him to the vet because his leg is infected. When I reached out for a refund on the gro... read more

This is a wonderful place. Very pleasant staff and a selection of high quality food, treats, and toys. What a fabulous small business to support!
The Kirkland location is fantastic! My kitties were both taken care of and groomed perfectly. I also was able to pick up a new litter box and toys!
