Outrageously good. The only food cart with a line, and for a very good reason. Well worth the wait.

My girlfriend & I both work downtown. We each got a bowl from the Whole Bowl at the FoodHall at lunchtime. The rice was so hard, I chipped a tooth! Looks like they scooped up the crusty rice from the side of the pot & served it to us. Lost couple of customers today for sure.
Best lunch in Portland. So thankful for the Bowl Truck on NE Alkeny.
