Liars and thrives. Josh doesn’t know math and will work against you. I filed for law suit and will be dealing with them to get my money back that was stolen from me on a fraudulent deal.
Josh knew what was needed to sell my house. He was professional and knowledgeable. Understood my concerns and helped me make the decisions necessary to to short sell the property.
We bought our first house with Josh as our agent. We looked at quite a few homes & Josh patiently helped us find the right fit. We had one failed bid & one very successful bid that allowed us to buy a house with enough money left to still make it out home.
He is always to answer and question. If you dont understand whats going on or how to do it he steps right in to help you get it done he goes above and beyond i would recommend him to anyone who is trying to sell there home

I was connected to Josh shortly after I had met with a different realtor in the Valley. It was apparent very quickly that I was in much better hands with Josh. Josh is very good at his job. He's knowledgeable about the processes and always keeps his client's best interests in mind. He absolutely goes out of his way to negotiate the best deal he can get.
Josh did a great job in helping me to buy a condo. He showed me a property that I didn't see listed while I was doing my search. Great location and a wonderful floor plan along with a great deal on a top on already a fair price. I was only upset he was not calling me while I believed he should keep me updating.
