Great location but street parking time limits go until midnight and you can’t get a residential permit from PBOT. Hot in the summer even with the AC unit but good amount of storage in the studio I rented.
Amazing location, good experience with management but I recommend living on the top floor. I unfortunately got stuck below heavy walkers. It was a nightmare. Even guests that stayed with me commented on how loud the upstairs neighbors were. Some people are quiet walkers and some are stompers. It's a gamble which neighbors you're going to get. Next door neighbors were pretty respectful though. I would've stayed had I lived on the top floor.
