We recently went for a birthday dinner. Reservation for 7:15, didn't get sat until 7:30. I'm not sure why they couldn't text us to let us know they were running behind? There's no place to wait on the first floor, so we stood huddled by the front door with a bunch of other people. People with walk ins were sat before us.
