The attention I’ve seen this property putting in beautifying the buildings and overall aesthetic is great to see and the office has been so nice! I’m happy to have come here, Joanna has been so great and being able to speak Spanish with someone helps tremendously with communication of any questions or concerns.

the leasing office does nothing about the thieves that steal packages out of the mailroom.
The location is convenient but that’s all that is good about this place. The office staff are unhelpful and largely don’t know what they are doing. They spam your phone with community wide messages to everyone to remind you of the complex rules (typically 1-3 texts and emails a day), the trash service is spotty at best despite paying monthly for it, and maintenance requests are ignored for long periods of time. There are other nearby complexes, choosing any of them is a better option.
