DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! TLDR; Bugs, water shutoffs, useless office staff, poor communication, loud neighbors. This complex is cheaper than the surrounding ones for a reason. Been here almost a year and it’s been completely miserable. The German cockroach infestation is the biggest issue. I’ve killed 5-10 a day since moving in. The water to my unit has been shut off 4 times in the path month alone for “emergency leak repairs,” not including the other 3 times without any notice or explanation. The attention I’ve seen this property putting in beautifying the buildings and overall aesthetic is great to see and the office has been so nice! I’m happy to have come here, Joanna has been so great and being able to speak Spanish with someone helps tremendously with communication of any questions or concerns.
