Editing my review because things have gone downhill. Maintenance doesn’t get worked on efficiently. Had a broken AC for multiple months which caused mold to grow and my privacy door to actually warp slightly, making it more difficult to close. When I explained that the broken AC was not only extremely uncomfortable to live with, but also causing me hundreds of dollars in power costs each month, I was offered a GIFT CARD? I lived here for 2 years and truly had the best experience. I see some comments about management and i can’t speak to that much as i literally never had any issues where i needed to contact management. Everything was perfect, wonderful location, working appliances, never had my air go out or anything. Anytime i needed a quick fix like a light went out etc they were on it immediately. These generative AI reviews are complete trash and total fakes from imaginary people. I would not recommend to anyone The Whitney Apartments. Residents do not respect each other's possessions. I have dozens of scratches and dings on my car after moving to The Whitney. Cars are parked in non parking spaces or parked in a fashion as to take up multiple parking spots with no repercussions.
