We had several unpleasant experiences with one of their realtors. There is a lack of communication. You can't pay rent online. Thankfully we are not renting through this agency anymore. I've never had any problems with renting until we had to deal with o48.
I've been using O48 for property management services for two properties, and with excellent results. Amanda and Tyler are very responsive and easy to work with, and are able to find tenants very quickly when my properties are available. Highly recommended!
