Delaney, I’m a little surprised that you weren’t happy with your experience. After our conversation we both agreed on a plan so that you could reach your hair goals going forward. Going back to our consultation a few months ago, the HENNA you had previously applied to your hair posed a problem and we both agreed it would need to be removed or cut out...which YOU then decided you wanted to cut it off AND that you would get back with us for an appointment. They took great care of my hair - which means a lot to me. I don’t cut or color my hair and treat it with care. They did a fantastic job and the upcharge for having very long hair was minimal. I’ll be back!
