Beautiful store with very nice furniture that’s great quality.
I NEVER leave a bad review. But this was deserving. Was quoted three different prices by three people on the exact same item. The sales associate was very rude about it. We took our business elsewhere!
The people at the 280 were very polite, but I bought a piece of furniture that was damaged during delivery from the other store in Hoover (which was closing), and was told that by having them deliver it if damaged occurred that they would take care of it. They didn’t have that piece, and I wound up with something else despite being assured if delivery caused issues they would take care of it. I don’t blame the 280 staff. I have enjoyed working with white house Interiors to decorate my home. Jay and Clay delivered my furniture and are very professional.
White House Interiors is a wonderful place to purchase your home furnishings. The stylists are knowledgeable. Sallie helped up furnish 2 rooms. Jay and Lane delivered the items in a timely fashion and were so kind. I definitely recommend WHI for your next home furnishings.
